About me
Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler and am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their path toward emotional well-being and self-discovery. My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
Therapeutic Approach
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. Every client’s journey is unique, and I tailor each session to meet individual needs and goals — whether navigating life transitions, addressing stress, or strengthening relationships.
My decision to pursue a career in mental health counseling was born from a deep commitment to helping others uncover strength and meaning in their lives. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and strive to offer clients the guidance and tools needed for lasting growth and healing.
Why I Chose This Work
Personal Values
Outside of my clinical work, I find joy in spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, and caring for my dog. These values of connection and compassion are reflected in my practice, where I work to support each client with professionalism, integrity, and care.
